just did a round trip of 6 miles to napa.

picked up 12" of 2.5" rad hose..$25/ ft [:@][:@]

silicone hose is up to $50 / ft [:@][:@][:@][:@][:@]





if you turn the volume up all the way. you should be able to hear my engine cut , the turbo whine and discharge. then here it sputter and catch.
this is only in the first8 sec's of the clip.

anyone know how much $$ or how hard it is to rebuild a turbo if that the problem??

 

I've used these guys for construction equipment turbos before. They're always the cheapest when I call for prices and do really nice work. You'll have to wait for it though unless they've got one on the shelf they'll trade you. Web site says $325 for most rebuilds.

Kev, just got home and surfing the 93 service manual. Your fuel module in the tank does have a filter on it. And something else I thought of. There is a manual shut off lever on the injector pump, maybe this has vibrated to the closed side just enough to restrict fuel flow. Gonna do some more reading and will share anything that I can find to help.....

 

Here's a rebuild kit. I wouldn't mess with it though. 140,000 rpm all you need to doo is bend a fin slightly and it will grenase itself.

what diameter and length is your boots? We do many different charge air tubes for different makes, maybe I can find something "in the scrap bin" for you.

 

2.5" I.D. by 5" for the shorter, and 2.5" by6" for the longer .
