I have dumped oodles of cans of brake parts cleaner under the hood to combat the heavy stuff.
guess we will find out if the hose works or not tomorow.
I kind of "dozed" on the floor for the past 2 hrs....

I dont want to add to your problem, but the engine oil residue from your turbo will turn those new hoses into a gooey mess that could end up in your cooler.coolant hoses are not oil resistant as silicone hoses are. Are you getting heavyblack smoke or no smoke?

Definitely starving for fuel, i would pull that new filter and try another one, one never knows what may happen with filters, Ive seen plastic wadded up in them and make a hell of a problem, start with the last things you have done first before the problem showed up, If it were mine I would pull the filter and blow back the lines starting at the pump and ending with the tank, I that screen is plugged in the tank, doing this will blow the crud off and it should run again util it sucks it all back on, you do not need alot of pressure to do this, just remember to remove the fuel cap. Definitely not a boost problem! scrutinize every inch of your fuel system and you will find the problem. good luck!

thank you for the info.
its funny. I changed the fuel filter sat. drove sat night, and sunday. well over 70 miles with that filter. then today about 11am is when it just went nuts...
I have a spare filter in the garage. (it came from napa, no spot for the drain valve on the bottom side).
