im just wondering what people are getting out of a full tank. in my 95 5.9 gas motor 1500 im lucky to get 250-260 out of a tank. im hoping to be getting a 99 cummins 2500 this weekend. so im wondering what i should be expecting out of it.
im not to sure about a stock one but i think it should be around 500-600ish just for referance... i have a lot of mods and about 600hp, driving around town, w/my very heavy foot, i get about 350-400, and straight hwy miles are A LOT more,

wow! really!?!?! damn i would happy to get 350!!! hahahaha
I get 21+ miles to the gallon if I stay below 65, (so 550+ per tank) and can keep my lead foot from gunning it to pass - it's hard to do when there is still massive passing power at 80 mph. It's just too much fun to drive!
What size tank do you have now? I know mine has a 34 gal. tank and get 5-600 easily.
well im not sure how big the tank is in the 99 2500 cummins but my truck is a 26gallon i believe. would have thought since the cummins is the same size truck(QC/SB) they would have the same size tank
