Hi, The turn signal flasher was working fine at first but the next day I was going to visit the yearly car inspection and suddenly it didn't work, The only thing I did was to change the battery to better one and checked the fuses and they was ok. I have checked the flasher by unplugging it and connected it to 12 v and earth and it works fine, I checked the fuses at the glove compartment and they looks ok, are there more fuses to check. Any suggestions ?

No it does not turn on. The input to the flasher gets 12 v but the output seems to be disconnected. Its nothing wrong with the flasher itself but when it is plugged in it doesn't have any connection to the turn signal lamps.

Yes, now I have connected the output from the flasher directly to cables that go to the flasher bulbs, in other words I didn't use the turn signal lever at all, then it works. I guess that its something wrong under the steering wheel. Investigation continues.

Try turn the hazard flasher on and off a few times. The turn signal flasher to bulbs circuit runs through that switch as well.
