new alt is in...works pretty well...for $89 bucks - what the heck

 

Now that I have it all working and worked out...I took it on a 100 mile trip...

It runs so good. I feel like there is 10-30-40 HP more...it is a lot. I was able to cruise at 80++no problem...
Smooth, quiet and lots of power. Thank God. lol

 

On my old 96 truck with the 5.9, changing the timing set made a HUGE difference in how the engine run..... The difference was absolutely amazing....

UPDATE - nice running van...runs at 190 now - I dont feel heat on the doghouse anymore - no check engine light - lots more power..no run, no leaks no errors...
