I have done that. I have also taken the required pics and sent them. I have asked 2 times now (by email) with no reply; how long should I expect to hear whether or not my warranty claim was accepted/denied?, and how long after that should it take to get my replacement parts? Got my H1 kit for my projectors, 2 days and 1 bulbs is bad...Taking forever via email to get warranty information and while this is going on one of my fog lights had discolored....So I have one blueist(correct) and one the looks more factory....and to top it off I called them and some dude said he is only a temporary for the warranty person who is on vacation and has no ideal how to do the job he is temping for??????
