Quite a difference. I went ahead and polished the top of every surface forward of the windshield today. Ill move the the doors and roof next.

Again, Im sure Ill have to shorten the straight section. Also you can see the cutouts here. I cant wait to hear how it sounds.

Stainless works headers, cats and mid-pipes. I made the x-pipe.

I havent cut down the straight section, so its very long. Ill replace everything from the engine back, and tie in to the factory exhaust right after the mufflers.

The shaded area is where the O2 sensor will go. Also the ends are not the same length, Ill fix that too.

Its not lined up very good either, and the gaps are bad, but Ill deal with that. This is the basic idea.

I think this is how I will run it. All the parts forward of the flex pipes are stainless. The flex pipes and everything after will be steel. I would add the h-pipe right after this.

X-pipe. I can straighten the ends, but it would be a lot of work. An h-pipe would be easier, and very short.

New stuff in. Just need to watch the coolant level for a few days, and get the A/C serviced. I got the car back together after this picture.

Radiator support. This thing was mangled. It was bent and folded.

Condensor/trans cooler/dryer. You cant really see how bad this is, but its folded over almost 2" at that bottom portion

Old radiator. Thats almost a straight shot down, so that thing was tweaked pretty bad. Hitting a full size deer at 45 isnt good for your car.

The original retainers allow the stem to stick out further.

See, the valve is hitting the retainer here

The stem sits a lot higher with the other retainers, as you can see.

Next will be wiring. I still have to weld in an O2 sensor also.

Fuel lines. I will find a way to secure them to the firewall and engine.

Pump and filter. The bracket is welded top and bottom to the frame.

I dont remember if I have shown this, but this is likely where the screen will go. It doesnt interfere with the shifter, and its out of the sun too.

I just started the wiring. I plugged everything in, and dropped it in place. Ill work with it. If it gets too bad, Ill shorten the harness where needed.

ECU and the relays. Ill work on the harness and make it as clean as I can. It says it can be mounted under the hood, so it is water proof.

Fuel pressure regulator. I wanted this on the firewall, but the heater takes up too much of the space, so it has to go here.

Fuel system. This stuff is expensive. All together its about $400 for everything here. And I still need lines and some extra fittings. I was able to use one of the lines in the picture.

It looks great. I could have got it in gold also, but I thought the black worked better.

New EFI from Aces, and the 14" air cleaner. I might swap out for a K&N eventually.

The new resonator. I hope its super quiet. Thats what I was going for.

The cutout and new over-the-axle section. When open, the exhaust will dump right at the cutout.
