Grind, cut and grind some more. We stunk the house up, and went through several cut wheels and grinder wheels.

No turning back now. It wasnt as heavy as I figured. We braced it to make sure it wouldnt move on us.

Its a little welder, but it worked pretty good. I have to get the right regulator for the argon, and we want to try it on 240v before we are finished. It did seem to struggle later in the day on 110v.

Bell housing had of a mouse nest. Im sure "it ran when it was parked", just like all of them. Hole in the radiator, empty gas tank, no clutch or brake fluid, all kinds of issues.

I bought one of those garden carts just for this. It worked well. It is a bit wobbly.

Without the engine hoist it would have been impossible. Money well spent.

Just some of the workmanship from the P.O. He cut the spring hangers, so now I have to figure something out. This is on Isaacs truck, and I plan to use the springs and 8-3/4 rearend

This is the last time this cab will be on this frame. Im going to keep the cab for repair parts. The green wagon on the frame will be how I move the cab around the yard. Ill also move the beds back and forth.

The radiator support is almost perfect, no stripped bolts or dents. Its dirty, but nice and original.

Everything is ready to go, to remove the engine. The cab will be first though. I think itll be easier.

Got the dash out. It has some extrs holes, but they are small, nothing to worry about. The radio says Plymouth on it. The dash box had been soaked in oil, so it fell apart coming out. The pad is there, but drawn up. Ill have it recovered.

The old seat. Im not sure if its original, but it looks old. It appears to be in great condition, other than a few rips.

Test fitting the 67 grill. I will have to swap the hood, and maybe the radiator support. Ill have to look. Im prepared to swap the whole front end. I like it.

Got the old dash out. It had some issues, mainly a giant hole where someone used what appeared to be a chisel or an ax to cut install a radio.

Here is the back. It has the one large post, then two smaller ones. Anyone know anything about this alternator?

This is the alternator in Isaacs truck. Is this internally or externally regulated?

This is the 67 grill and bumper that are supposed to be on the truck. I plan on moving the entire front end over, fenders, hood and all
