"Cold air intake claims are bogus...lol"
You sure about that bro? There is an old Dodge Forum post where a dude got a full half second quicker on quarter mile time in his indy just by installing this kit.
Edit: To be fair. I am planning to mount the intake funnel things behind my stock grill so that will work to limit it's effectiveness. It should supply fresh air, possibly slightly pressurized at higher speeds, at the least. Not having to give up the paper filters but getting a higher flow filter on there seems like a bonus, even if a bit of overkill.

Pics in the link but I'll add more later.
Edit: Point of note: Don't call it Ramair whatever you do. BurningROM says it's not true ram-air. OK whatever. A half second on the quarter mile is alot more than he got with other common bolt ons I and others here have.

My stock plastic air intake/filter housing has a nipple molded into it for a PCV hose.
This Ram-Air filter housing doesn't have an equivalent nipple and so there is no place to route the pcv hose back into the intake as it was before.
I'm trying to be a good kid over here.
Any ideas on a getting a semi sano nipple installation for a hole drilled in this fiberglass intake/enclosure? Maybe some marine hull or fiberglass tank type hardware??
Edit: maybe something like this. http://www.grainger.com/product/GRAI...ose-Barb-6AFL4

The threaded rod only fits in a hole off centered on the throttle body which means it wont line up with the hole on the top cover. I guess I gotta bend the threaded rod?? Nothing in the instructions they sent about that. Hate to try and eyeball it.
I guess it wont need to be [perfect as long as it goes throught the hole I suppose.
