Default Help with reading the "Check Engine Light" Code.

I have the 1995 Dodge Ram 1500 5.2L, and the check engine light comes on and off, and i know there is a code and can't figure out the the numbers are.
So here is the video , if someone can help me with the and how many times it flashes and what is the exact error code.

Video:

You will see that i turn the key 2 times on/off and the 3rd time i leave it on, then the really check engine light code starts to flash.

Thanks for any help.

Hello, Thanks for that info.

I did have a ABS light on due to brake problem, had air in the system and now is fixed , and i think for sure i have disconnected the battery for 30-1 hour and maybe that's why i guess i get the check engine light off and on.
Abs/brake bleeding problem was fixed about 3 weeks ago, and the check engine light started
to come a week later.

Sorry, i do not know Matt.

Thanks again for that fast reply and help!

I had bleed it first time , had someone in the cab pressing the brake pedal 4-5 times and hold , and me at the wheel i release the small bleeder valve and i come out normal, or very little air. So i did it to all 4 wheels because, if you have a problem to one wheel you still need to bleed them all.
And everything was fine but after few days up to a week my pedal was going to worse , had to press 3-5 times to get some good brake and the abs light come on!
So i decided to bleed them again, and o may god this it was a lot of air build up in the system, but from where not sure. And now is been few weeks and have no abs light and brakes are ok.

I think you still have air in the system.

This here :

I may buy for my self next , it pushes air out under the hood, reverse engineering .

Don't worry about code 12, That just means the battery had been disconnected. It will clear after 255 key cycles or with a scanner. But the check engine light would not be on for code 12.
