OBX headers are direct replacement...no welding or special piping required.

No only a Long Tube header will replace your catalytic converter. You should expect anywhere from 6-7HP(maybe 3-4WHP) from new headers.

this is the picture they give you from modernperformance.com is this the headers exactly? and it comes with a downpipe and the header and downpipe both have holes in them(o2 sensor maybe) and my catalytic converter has an o2 sensor in it and its on the downpipe of the car which it looks like is being replaced. i dont mean to be annoying, im just confused. where does the catalytic converter go?

Yes the down pipe replaces the cat. I do not know what kind of gains you will get. I'm running the OBX header and down pipe on my car. I think it took a little more than a hour to put in.

Well if your getting a short header that will replace the cat with a longer downpipe, you might as well go with a longtube header...you'll seee more gains that way...

just to warn you, i dont know if the OBX headers are treated or not. I dont believe they are, so if you purchase them youd have to send them off to be heat treated or coated so they dont rust up on ya.
