Ran a Seafoam treatment today... getting ready to change the kegger for an FI Airgap this week.
Got a box full of goodies ready to go... water pump, thermostat, timing set, plugs, injectors, throttle body, FI Airgap, gaskets and new sensors.
I must say, the old girl had a bit more get up and go after the Seafoam treatment... after 160k and two blown plenums, I guess it was needed.

By the time I was ready to make a purchase, a new M1 wasn't readily available.
Aside from all the marketing blurbs with their for and against for each, I looked hard for actual end user commentary independent from the company websites.
Whilst most M1 users are happy campers, so to are FI Airgap users... of those whom had actually tried both, most seemed to be as happy if not more so with the FI Airgap.
Of those not happy with the FI Airgap, it was due to their requirement for low end toeing torque, of which I feel neither would be the right option (stay with the kegger)... I'm not after toeing torque, so feel I should be OK... I'll be sure to post when I'm done.
There is also those that just don't like Hughes, so it wouldn't matter what the product was like.
