Pulled the valve cover off and cyl 8 springs, rockers, and pushrods are fine. So looks like its time for a new head. Due too money restraints I will have to purchase 1 oe head.

That is why I hold the top of my cups whenever I hit bumps and stuff.

(Yesterday) I added a cold air intake and improved my HP by about 20 and gained 3 mpg on fuel. I also got new wheels and tires. 285/70s

He must have added some Type R stickers for those gains.

dyno sheet of before and after + hand calculated figures of before and after, or it didn't happen!

Good for you bud, keep up with the mods/repairs to your truck, if your happy with what you have done that's all that matters.

Removed cup holder that fell apart on me last night. Put it in the kitchen sink (made wife roll eyes...) and washed about 14 years of spilled coffee and soda out of it! Part didn't break, just let go.

Removed threshold trim and put pvs pipe under carpet to let it and the sound deadener padding underneath dry out. Got a 4 day weekend, so it should dry out so I can clean carpet. Hope it does not stain! No more 44 oz soda in the cup holder!

Just need to cut a 2x4 to the appropriate length to prop the cup holder up a tad
