Tried and failed at getting pitman arm off.

Instead thought to just break it wheeling. But it was more fun watching some racing going on as well as some silly stuff.

This toyota found some mud. A Cherokee tried to pull out and broke a strap. Then they tried to tie 2 straps with a shackle and I said no....that will take someone out.

So I winched and strapped out. Good times.

i drove my ramcharger around and put gas in it. $60 of premium brought it up to just under 1/2 . also had to practice parallel parking into my parking spot because the neighbors friends and family are hogging the street. it really annoys me when a woman in a small car takes up what could be parking for 2 full size vehicles. i also drove my 81. everything was great until i was teaching my sister to back it into a parking spot at my dads. i noticed every time she stepped on the brake the rear drivers side marker light would go out and if you used the turn signal the marker light looks like it was flashing. think this may be the reason why the fuse blew a couple of days ago. guess i will track down the problem when i get some time this week. my sister did a ok job backing it into the parking spot but needs lots of practice. she doesn't quiet understand the basics of steering.

Good for you for teaching your sister how to drive. Pickup trucks are the best vehicles to learn to drive in.

i just wish she would actually pay a bit more attention how people drive. i know i pay attention to how things work and it took me less than 10 times out in my dads truck and i pretty much got the taking off with standard transmission down. never really had any issue going through the gears.

I taught my son to drive a stick when he was 8. (81 chevy luv pickup..... he could actually reach the pedals and such, doesn't hurt he was rather tall for his age.. )

I haven't seen him grin that big very often.

I learned how to drive in an old Lincoln Town Car (the old square ones with big V8's), it wasn't much shorter than my truck...

Learned a stick in "Old Blue", old Dodge Power Wagon
