i finally fixed the drivers side turn signal on my 81. some idiot installed a brand new light socket about 1 month ago and the ground wire managed to work its way loose. lucky for me it was a nice simple fix. i also finally got a email from fedex telling me that the parts i ordered are now on there way. just left the fedex facility in Livonia, MI. only thing that sucks is fedex estimates that my stuff wont arrive until Monday.

it was nice out yesterday so my buddy and I got the bikes out and went bombing up the mountain trails and then switched bikes on the way back. at first he kept trying to convince me that I should buy some dudes CRF450, then he rode my KX250 and was like I can see why you like this thing..its got some power.

I love my KX it smokes like my diesel haha...well not quite as much as the diesel...but its light, fast, and easy to work on...buddies KX450F is heavy, fast, not so easy to work on... pesky valves and cams and pushrods and tappets and springs...who needs all that crap. reeds power valve and a piston...good to go

Picked up a TYC starter that's supposed to be OEM.
The box has "Made in China"... didn't think Dodge used made in china back in '98?
Hopefully it will last enough to deem that I got my money's worth.

Text me... Me and my buddy might go riding tomorrow out in Wilkeson, but we would love to hit some new turf too. I want a 250 2-stroke trail beater bike.

i cleaned up the wiper motor ground on my 81. hopefully it works good for a long time now. it sucked having to pop the hood and ground it to make it start working. i also freed up the park brake pivot thing on my 81. now my park brake works fairly good.

Took the '95, the quad, and the lady out to have some fun in the mud.

No problems with any of my stuff today, just need to get my front axle back in good shape so I can put the front driveline back in. Had to get a little tug from my friends Toyota when my 1 wheel drive truck stopped moving under it's own power.
