Lined up my door and put the fender back on

 

Still working some kinks out of my tiregate. I went over a bump and like my whole tailgate kinda fell off. Than I had to bend the pipe back and weld an triangle. Man I hope building this was actually worth it.

Great truck for towing. I think I would tweak the shift programming some though.

 

Did I see earlier that you are using galvanized pipe for this?

How are you bending it?



Driving last evening and coming through a light, the RWAL was put to the test, unintentionally. I really wanted to lock it UP!! A very wise (compliment for age) lady pulled out in front of me. I did not lay on the horn due to you her age and just obliviousness. Everything works as it should!

But we all say to ourselves, "No really? No you aren't. Oh you are... Oh you are!! Oh sonva you did!!"

 

I installed the new Bosch copper super plus spark plugs 7927..... what a difference they made. No more NGK, Champion, Autolite plugs for her, she always liked Bosch plugs I don't know why I ever stepped away from them.

 

I took it to the fabrication shop for some cutting and bending cause I don't have a pipe bender. To bend the pipe I think they used a press or something.It sure doesnt look like a pipe bender did the job and if it did it sucked. So to make it somewhat stronger they welded up some triangles for free.I still have to go over them myself but ill add some pics tomorrow when the ipod comes back from the screen shop. So far its been holding up really great especially after I added a 2nd bar tonight. Ill add some pics tomorrow to explain it better.

 

I painted the honeycomb grille inserts black on my truck today. I used SEM Trim Black and it came out really good. The lower part of the bumper is next...

 

Got a pic of it hitting the booster ? thought of getting them as well and the new tires. anyone else got pics of what they did to there ram today ? just like school...must show your work

 

Broke the friggin cupholder.. yep my temper broke it.. sick of the crap at work(walmart) all they hire are friggin retards I swear!

 

I can believe it dude... My local wal-mart hired on a guy I know who doesn't know oil has different weights and such for the auto-shop.

Edit: Ok didnt realize computer stopped typing... Two nights ago I spilled a whole can of coke on my passenger seat, ughh what a mess! Seats stained and truck smells from it now. Been sprayin air freshner all day in it today and had all the windows open to get the smell out. Looks like I need seat covers now.
