What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
junk tires if you hydroplaned... I hydroplane my S-10 all the time and it stays straight as an arrow.
the grooves in the road the heavy trucks leave tend to pool up water when it rains here (which is all the time) and when cars hit them they start hydroplaning.
little truck just kinda bogs down a bit when it hits that water and feel like its skimming the water, but never any side to side movement from it. The tires channel the water pretty well to keep her going straight.
my dodge has hydroplaned a few times too, but never side stepped from it either.
It side steps when I lay into the throttle, but that's about it.
S10 is too gutless to side step under heavy throttle 92hp = not going anywhere fast

While it is getting time for tires I've never had this happen before, the trucks always been solid in the rain. I just drove up I81 yesterday and drove through rain/sleet and didn't have any issues.
Very strange.
Are all the cab mounts the same? Looking at doing this come summer. The front two are the only things on the whole truck that didn't get oil sprayed in past years and aren't in fantastic shape
Oh and said it before and i'll say it again you need to oil spray that thing BAD if you want to keep it around!
