They fit perfectly, and I’m very pleased with the brightness... however, being LED’s they aren’t dimmable, so the slide dimmer no longer has any effect... that doesn’t bother me (don’t think the dimmer was never used)
Yup, now time to clean the fingerprints off the mirror
You can get dimmable ones thanks for letting me know they fit!
I got my exhaust fixed yesterday...... Some pipes rusted out, and the drone was horrendous.... With the exhaust fixed.... I can't even hear the engine running..... I can even hear my tires on the road now. That's new.....

I have to do that lol. Unsure if I want to run true duals into an H or X pipe (for the front O2 sensor or just running single that split into two
Started on a front suspension overhaul yesterday. I was planning on replacing the lower control arm bushings & upper control arms, but will be replacing the entire lower control arms. I discovered that the ball joint bore on the left side has been worn enough that the joint isn't staying seated properly. A pair of Moog lowers will be here later this week. I'll be tearing down the right side today and will post pictures later.
Ok - so I dropped the ball posting pictures, but technically, this is later...
Out with the old...
I expected everything to be heavy, but I must be getting too old to be doing stuff like this. My back was not happy for the next week after tearing things down.
In with the new...
Yeah, my back was just as thrilled putting things back together as it was taking them apart. I made a run to the local pick it yourself boneyard this morning and found a better set of front bump stops than I had. I also changed out the shock mount bolts because they were looking pretty beat up. It supposed to rain tomorrow, so I'll have to wait until Sunday to get things finished up so I can get it aligned Monday morning.
The Jensen head unit that was in the truck when I bought it finally gave up the ghost, so I installed a Wally World JVC radio/media player just to have tunes in the truck. It's not fancy, but it keeps the tunes playing and it sound better than the old unit ever did.
