Damn if it was me them tires would be on and I would be testing them to see where they rub maybe even sport them for a couple days to see how they ride before getting new tires.
2 out of the 4 are shot, the other two will barely pass inspection, and one of those two is flat.
Needless to say it will be a little while before they're mounted. lol
@ DD: That would make a nice Mustang for someone with the money to put into it...

I hate the fact that if you get into a wreck with a classic car it's like losing a family member. They're getting so damn rare and sought after. I want to be able to DRIVE that muscle car I bought.

why would you buy a muscle car with out a manual. thats like buying a lawn mower without any blades
