This phone is stupid. I expect much better performance from the Samsung Galaxy S3 I'm getting or I'm switching to Windows Phones...

That's your problem. Newer 802.11 equipment doesn't work as well when it is within 10ft of the signal.

here is how tequila is legally classified and aging requirements...

tequila aging is not like wine aging...

tequila does not age in a bottle. you can keep a bottle of blanco in a bottle for 20 years and it is still clear ageless blanco...

no aging straight from the still is classified "blanco"
aged in an oak barrel of any size for 60 days - 364 days is classified "repasado"
aged in a small oak barrel for 365+ days is classified "aņejo"
aged in a small oak barrel for 3+ years is (as of 2006) classified "extra aņejo"
these are the legal terms and aging for 100% agave tequila.

angel brand takes everything to its limits and ages repasado 11.5 months, to give 2 weeks for the guy to come certify the classification of the barrel being opened. they age aņejo 3+ years, and within the last few years they came up with what they call extra aņejo which they age for 6+ years before bottling.

stuff is delicious and aging as little as two months does make a slight difference in smoothness, noticeable difference in color, and adds a light oak taste to it. the longer it ages the darker the color, stronger the oak taste and smell, and the smoother the tequila is.

edit: also the oak is usually white oak from france, canada or the US, but it does not have to be white oak. barrel sizing does come into play though when it comes to how long you want to age the tequila for.
