Ram Body work
I usually sweep the floor each time I paint. I am hesitant to wet the floor as I have too much stuff on the floor that I can't get wet, and am afraid I will get it wet. Before I get to the next project, I plan to install more shelving in one of my storage buildings out back and move most if not all of that stuff out of garage. It'll make more room as well.

At one time, I had a 77 XJS with the 5.0L v-12...... I got it cheap out of a farmers field. Ended up parting it out, as since it had been sitting for years, most of the undercarriage was rotted out.
Jag rides like it is on rails, settles in well at about 120mph, most comfortable seating on any vehicle.....
Needded bodywork is limited to the little dings poking up from the hood where the fan exploded and repaint as clear is peeling.

So it is fun to drive and comfy. That's what I was wondering. I have no experience with those types of cars... Never even been around one. Cool.
Jags from that period were hand built and fitted. Great quality, but requires maintenance. Tranny is bulletproof and made in Germany. Only real problem is it is an electroic nightmare. About 5 different control modules all over the car. It tells you if a light bulb is out, brake pad wear, and numerous other items, but with about 6 fuse boxes, it can be a PITA to track something down.
Sounds like a very similar all around driving experience to my dads old '88 BMW 528e. So far everything you have said in those two posts could describe this car perfectly. Except maybe the exploding fan part...

Fan exploded on a Sunday night about 10 o'clock on I 40 in the middle of the Painted Desert running 120. $400 to tow back to Flagstaff.....How would someone know that damn plastic gets brittle over time! After rebuilding engine I installed e-fan!
