No just above the ABS relay is the A/C relay. Oddly enough they have the same numbers... Sorry I totally didn't get what you were asking for haha.

My fan is set up that way. (primarily temp controlled, A/C override)

Google gave me this:

Pretty simple, just wire the A/C clutch wire right on to the power wire (well, according to that...)

PCM controls compressor via pin 85 on the A/C relay. (grounds it to power compressor) Circuit is powered when A/C request is hot.... (that circuit runs thru the high/low pressure switches.)

Compressor circuit is always grounded....... so, trying to grab a relay ground there would have the fans running all the time. Could use the compressor circuit to POWER the relay though.....

Not sure what I will do to Ram over 3 day weekend...and not sure how much I will have to work on work....

But I am soaking these just in case. Was planning to wait until I decided on valve covers.... (oil and green zinc stuff makes a weird mixture...)

While I was finishing interior last weekend, I discovered something...else that doen't work..Just got a chance to pull wiring diagrams and look for it.

There is a darn light in the cup holder and ash tray! They don't work, but they are there. They both tie to Connector #5 - wherever the heck that is located. But the light in the radio works and it is on the same connector and all fused by a 5 amp fuse in a junction block (I suppose on send of dash on driver side).

I am going to check the fuse tomorrow as the wiring was pretty jacked by pervious ownere installing aftermarket radio and reinstalling OEM before I got it. Cleaned it up before installing radio, but aftremarket unit may not be illuminating radio from same wire.

Also have to figure a way to mount the broken glove box light. Cheap plastic....grrrr....

But as I look and see that this fuse is fed from the headlight switch. When I had my dash apart, I checked the headlight switch very closely based on references here on DF.

You could, if you wanted, get a white LED strip that's adhesive on the back and just wire it into the switch. Just a thought...

Mine doesn't migrate as much as yours. I suspect b/c of the thermostat differences. So far mine has topped out (based on cluster gauge) at like 207*F as best I can figure. Me neither about the status LED. lol I will this week though. Just need the gumption to feed the wire into the grommet.

I have the wires for status on terminal strip on firewall. Brown wire, left end of block. My concern is damn cheap plastic. Won't get but one shot, and hope it does not crack up. I still have not decided where.

HS Rocker – there were no instructions. Do I have this correct? I really did not see any other way the spool shaped piece could go.

And the mystery of oil on bottom of engine is solved…..both valve covers appear to be leaking.

Yep, you have that correct.

Bad gaskets... how much oil were you going thru?

Yep. I'm jealous.
