Shackle flip is as simple as grind the rivets on the factory one and bolt in the shackle flip. Hardest part would be stopping the axle from moving and tilting if you are doing this in a driveway.
I guess what I meant was how hard to do it without a kit? I have access to a shop with a lift and someone who can weld.

How hard, well that's up to the person's skill. There is suspension geometry to keep in mind. Now if you could just flip the factory brackets (I don't think the holes line up) it's easy as pie really.
What all is done to the truck? I see you got rid of the steering and are using hydro boost. Did you use a kit that included that slid?
Yeah I haven't kept thread updated on the build.
42" PBRockers on beadlocks, 3link front suspension, 14" coilovers, double ram assist, ported steering box, stock ps pump. No kit by any means. Integrated all the particular parts. Cut, welded, fabbed, etc.

I'm curious how you mounted the hydro assist. I was reading your build thread and that's a kickass truck!
