Yeah, I am thinkin' if you wanted to produce, and market those brackets, you would find a fair few buyers here. (me being one of them.)

I'd probably need to have 5 up front buyer's to make it worthwhile. It wouldn't be me making but a few pennies, but to ease some of the water jet cost and then shipping the 0.25" plates.

Everyone would benefit from me making the updates on the clearance items though (i.e., oil stick hole and alternator.

Look at Post #196 pictures. Specifically the large alternator bracket. Some touchups (clearance) for fitup was needed.

The biggest hurdle nowadays is obtaining a combo pulley. Kilby website does not seem to work for sales. I'm not sure about contacting them directly. I didn't go with a serpentine clutch on the York b/c it was unknown how much larger the needed serp belt would need to be. No guarantee that the size exists and available and standard parts store.

Found out a couple f weeks ago that Brad Kilby no longer owns Kilby. Don't know who the new owners are but they do now have a store web site for ordering parts. http://www.kilbystore.com/products-a...cessories.html This page has your pulley you just need to tell everyone what size they will want.

Wh1t3NuKle kudos on an awesome job. Looks better than the system on my Jeep. When I install the new engine I plan on going thru everything to make sure it all works. Going to redo the air system, also want to try to clean up some of the wiring.

Thanks much for the compliment Wildmaaaaaan!! The system will be put to work in a couple weeks. Haven't been on the trail for awhile. May be repeating a trail from May of this year, but with possible snow chance!

As for Kilby, yeah that is the same info I have. When you go to that store and you pick a part to add to cart, you'll know what I mean. I've emailed them about this and their response was, "When we find a dealer to take over the whole line, ordering will resume."

I can't wait for your build to come to fruition!!

Carl your truck is coming along nicely. I like to see that stuff. On a side note the orv park down the road from me has it's gates at an 80" diameter max width. So consider yourself lucky there. It's bs I tell you. But that's why I am spending my time and money building a jeep now like everyone else on the frickin planet.

Yo stranger danger! Thanks for the comments.

As for the gate, no one up there > 80" and bias tires are challenging? I mean...it's can you enter without damage, right?

Building a Just-Empty-Every-Pocket rig better than nothing my friend. Cheers!

Wh1t3NuKle,
No problem I always like to pass on compliments when I see a good job. Not that I am any great fab god. Your system looks real good. Do you have a step by step pictures of how the brackets all go together for the York? Just curious how it all works. Would also like a description of how you ran all your hoses and air lines. I have a ton more connections than you do and have a leak I need to hunt down.

My build will be hibernating for the winter. I don't have heat in my garage so it is getting too cold to be out there working. We have a forecast of snow on Saturday. Plus this way I can save some funds and hopefully be able to by my new tranny by spring so then all I'll need to do is yank the old engine and install the new engine and tranny. Looking at getter a Mega Viper so I'll have something that can take the stroker when the time comes.
