I'm pretty sure my throttle body on my 1997 Ram has that port. I think it goes back around the back side of the engine, not quite sure what it goes to.

I looked at it again and it does tee off to the manifold and back along the firewall so that must be right.

Drilled and tapped a couple more holes for vacuum ports and the second coolant sensor. Put on plenum plate and decided to paint the intake. Intakes not bolted on yet though. I decided I want the Harland Sharp rockers so will prime it than put the intake on when I get those.

I want to use the old school valve cover breathers. I was wondering what size to get. I measured the two holes in the grommets and one side is 1" and the other is 1/2". I read that people use 1 1/4". Do they squeeze that into the 1" hole in the grommet or do they take out the grommet? If you are suppose to take out the grommet will both valve covers have the hole for a 1 1/4" breather or will the one with a 1/2" hole in the grommet need a different size breather?
