Change of plans... Looks like we'll have snow this weekend so I'm gonna throw out the cash for the O'Reilly crank sensor. Also going to look at what they have at O'Reilly's as far as break in oil and additives. I would like to get the actual break in oil from CompCams, but I need it running this weekend.

Yeah, skip the airtex parts.... they have a history of being low quality.

Update: Got the crank sensor in Friday night, but had some sort of timing issue.. Only tried to start it twice before we got a fire call (barn fire). So maybe Wednesday or Thursday we'll work on it again. I'm starting to go through truck withdrawals...

When our trucks aren't running, I think we all go through truck withdrawals..

But awesome build man. Once it's done, you'll have to let us know how much power your mods gave you.

My dream for mine is to be able to put myself back in the seat.. Atleast during acceleration.

Got it running last night! My current exhaust setup needs to be addressed haha, headers into a Jegs Y-Pipe... and that's it haha. It has a nice little lope, but I want to wait until I have my SCT updated to do a proper video or run.

Captains Log: Day two: Truck runs fantastic! I've only gotten in on it (yes that's a technical term) once. Haven't actually been WOT yet. I have a little over 100 miles into this initial break in period, so I'm still trying to be nice. But it's getting really hard to do because of this exhaust thing. Currently with shorties and the Jeg's y-pipe and that's it.... The cam seems to have a little more lope than I had initially heard (probably because it was cold when I first heard it). Hopefully my next paycheck will allow me to get my SCT upgraded.

So, Multiple misfire, Cylinder 1 misfire, and knock sensor?
