Found it. It is actually a TSB from Dodge on the very issue you are having. I hope this helps.

Now according to the TSB, that is for a 4 wheel ABS unit.. My truck has just rear ABS.. and my valve looks nothing like the one pictured...I have another question? Is that 6670 Depressor tool used for the proportion valve also?? My valve has no where to secure the tool, like it is pictured on the TSB.. I appreciate your searching for me...Now today I put the tires on the truck, and took it down the road..The pedal was nice and high and felt good until I came to a stop, and the pedal faded to the floor..

OOPS. I did it again. Let me find the right one. There is a place for the correct tool to attach.

you might check to see the master cyl is level while bleading
i have had this hapen to me in the past
i would jack up the rear ove the truck till the master cyl is level
i found air trapped in the front end of the cyl
with it pointing slightly up the air would not escape
good luck

I tried that a while ago, and it still work...I have a gut feeling it is in the combo valve or the abs valve, but I am so sick of dumping parts into this thing..

I still think you have the wrong flare on one of the ends. Especially check that line at the "combo valve" you changed. I just can't remember which ones have a DIN flare instead of a SAE Double inverted, I should have written it down. Try matching it up with the old one if you still have it.

I'm not trying to be a wiseguy or anything but if he had the wrong flare at any point in the system he would have brake fluid squirting or at least dripping out of that junction. There are special tools you have to have that keep the two valves centered for bleeding purposes. The one thing you could do is drop by your local dealer and talk to one of the mechanics there. A gearhead is a gearhead and if you make friends with one of them who just might have the tools he might offer to help you out for a small nominal fee(read beer). I would bet he would have you up and running in short notice. Hey guys don't we have any dodge techs on here who could tell him what the tools are actually called that hold the valves open on the dist. block and abs block?

Not necessarily, often when pressure is applied it seals but when released it opens up.

I put a vacuum bleeder on that line, and it held at 20lbs for 20 minutes or so..
