Lots more heat and use the airgun on it and go reverse forward over and over. It will eventually move. You could borrow a 1" airgun.

Can't bust a nut, eh?

You're going to need an air impact that will go upward of 300-ft/lbs.

Get a longer bar and take off the tire so you can get a better angle on it.

Put a 6 foot long piece of pipe over your breaker bar and get your shoulder under it.

I'm sure the impacts would work too, but I'm thinking if you had one handy you'd have used it already.

I hearya man i just went through this.....gonna need a highly powerful impact gun and heat....what i did was heat it up for a good minute and then instantly switched over to the socket and impact before u lose too much heat and it came off, slowly, but it did come off. good luck.

the pb is a waste of time, that stuff is useless. i use CRC Knocker loose and its the best penetrating fluid i've used so far (haven't tried them all). i haven't seen a nut or bolt stay stucks with that stuff yet but i'm gonna do the same job your doing in a couple days so we'll see if its as good as i hype it up to be.

also, zman swears by cyclo penetrating fluid. he's been using it for 30 years so it must be some good stuff.
