Now heres what I got:
Hughes Plenum Plate Repair Kit
Throttle Body Gasket
Water Pump, Mechanical, Aluminum, Natural, Dodge/Jeep
Heater Bypass Hose
Water Pump Gasket
Timing Set
Timing Set Gasket
Thermostat housing
Thermostat gasket

What do you guys think should I re-use my coolant temperature sensor and my oil temperature sensor? They are still working and since im doing the E-fan Mod i will have room to get back in there and replace later if needed just will have to drain out stuff. Anyone know if my intake manifold had two coolant temp sensors? Gunna do the kegger mod too HeyYou What do you think about the runners? Going to cut the center plate and open up the injectors but doesnt seem like the debate on how far up to cut the runners has been concluded. What did you do HeyYou?

Anyone got any idea on how bad a harmonic balancer would be after 202k miles? Thinking about getting a new one on hand for this project as well

Really not much to go wrong with 'em. If the elastomer between the outer ring, and inner hub isn't squeezing out, (if it even has it....) don't worry about it. If they aren't hideously expensive, and you don't like the looks of yours, replace it.

Re-Use the sensors. If they ain't broke, don't fix 'em.

I cut the runners back flush to the rest of the runner body. (or at least, pretty close.) Removed the center dividers, and did the injector holes a bit. Then I had it hot tanked, to make sure it was clean. Probably shoulda had 'em bead blast it too... but, money was tight, and I couldn't afford it.... but, I am much more concerned about funtion, rather than form..... so, oh well.

Cutting the center divider is going to be a bit more tricky for you, as your might have the EGR port in there as well. Don't worry about it. I don't think your truck has the EGR valve, so, not like it really does anything anyway....

Just make sure you paint that rollpan fast. They rust all to hell pretty quickly.
