Question 94 ram prerunner / mid travel project

Well first off, hello, this is my first post.

I just got a 94 ram 1500 slt Laramie single cab long bed 5.2 auto 2wd.

Mods include:
a "custom" 7.5 inch lift mid travel front suspension
Rear lift springs shackles and shackle brackets
posi with 4.56
T/b spacer
exhaust
and currently 33' nittos ( had 35' before that fit great)

For background info, the truck was a dune truck with a bed cage and 37' paddels.

Question is that the rear of this truck is stiffer than heck and the front isnt.
I want to do a mild prerunner type truck and im looking for the best way to do the rear
without sacrificing my bed now that there is one.

Ill post pictures in just a few minutes. Thanks.

T/b spacer <- This part is a waste of money on a port fuel injected engine. Does nothing.

The additional springs in the rear are prolly what is making it so stiff. If you want to soften that up, you may have to spring (hehehehe) for a custom spring.

Yea I thought the spacer was odd buy then again this is my first ram. It was in there when I got it. Bought the truck basically as is and have since done rims and tires and general repairs. As for springs he said they were just lift springs and also gave me a set of dunbar springs he said he was going to put in but I have no idea what they are or if there stiffer or softer.
