That looks to be a negative on the swaybar... Any other pictures?

I'm assuming thats my problem....would that cause a bumpy wiggle type of ride? More importantly do i get a sway bar for a 2500 or 1500

are your tires bias ply? I had a set of 36 inch bias ply ground hogs years ago and in cold weather they would flat spot , causing the truck to shimmy and shake horribly.

Night Train has a good point.

Check ALL of your steering/suspension components for slop. It looks like there are spacers above the front springs as well. Not really a good idea.

Does it start doing its' tricks at around 45mph or so? What you might be feeling is an engine miss...... Check out the plenum thread stickied at the top of this forum. Pull a couple of your plugs, and see what they look like. Cap/rotor as well.
