Yep, that's be the feller. Looks like two o-rings on there? Maybe?

Seems to me, as opposed to spending some bucks on solenoids you don't really need, just find out what size the orings are, and spend less than a buck.......

Not sure you can stick any old orings in there. I'd take it apart and put the whole unit in. Unless of course you want to take it apart again if the orings you use don't work.

Got a drain plug yet?

Well if your going to order the solenoids, then order the drain plug too. Most parts stores have them in stock, just not the B&M plug. Which I highly recommend over any others.

To be perfectly honest, I'm thinking about calling some of the transmission shops around and seeing how much they'll charge to do it.

LOL. It's not that hard to do, and you don't have to drop the VB.

Hey, a man's gotta be good a something right? If it's dropping a transmission pan well.....

Don't have to drop the valve body? You've just renewed my interest in doing this myself.

You can get to the screw and replace the harness/solenoid assembly by removing a plate with a spring inside, on the side of the VB. Don't know what that plate it's called. Then just use a very thin putty knife to hold the spring in and replace that plate.
