Called "Starting Fluid" here in the states. Available at most gas stations, and any parts store.

Opps sorry I have called it ether for so long its just habit, never thought of calling it starter fluid.

Ether is what it is. That's what I always called it to... as that's what the diesel guys would ask for years and years ago....... I have no idea when they changed the friggin' name....

I let the truck sit over night with the plugs removed and the truck still wont start. I can tell it was trying to crank but it wouldn't and yes firing order is good I quad checked it

Well I just got out the phone with the dealer and they said theJY PCM still needs to be programmed
