The Hemi is going in just a LOT slower than I hoped. Every time I turn around it seems like I'm waiting for parts or got the wrong part.

Initial test fitting of the engine with the heads installed.

Added the transmission to the mix.

Getting all pretty... That Hemi don't look bad.

Going in for the last time I HOPE.

Fun City.

Added some performance parts. The engine is a 2003 model so I upgraded to 09 & later Eagle heads & then went from a 80mm to 87mm throttle body.

Left exhaust manifold is a 03-08 pre-Eagle & Right is a Eagle manifold. That thing should breath pretty good even if it isn't a header.

Yes I think so. I'm going to be running Stage 8 fasteners so we'll see how they work.

That was a pretty awesome shout-out to you from Flying Ryan Performance I spotted on Facebook last night. I'm happy you've found a combination that working!!!

I've only got two road tests with it so far. It's got more power than the Magnum did but in all fairness my Magnum engines were never running correctly so it's not a fair comparison. The 5.2 in my 97 Ram 1500 is a great running rig & has 250K miles on it too.

I didn't see that. Got a link to it?

It's been a LONG road. I do miss the burble that the Magnum had compared to the Hemi but this Hemi has got some power.
