You can try re-torquing the intake bolts to see if that will solve the issue. If not, pull the intake and carefully re-seal things. You've come this far and its looking great!
You can try retorquing the bolts, worst that will happen is, it won't work......
Not sure on the vacuum stuff. If those are from the appropriate year service manual, and it looks like what you have, run with it.
I tried the retorquing and it did help. Going to retorque them one more time. 12 ft lbs sure seems like it's not enough but that is what the book says they are supposed to be torqued to. And the installation instructions from F&B don't say anything different. Here is the vacuum diagram for the Jeep.

Looking good Rick . Glad that re-torquing helped the leak. As for the vacuum lines... I'm with HeyYou. If it looks about right go for it. Remember; K.I.S.S. and don't overthink it.
I decided not to chance it and removed the intake. I've got a new set of bolts coming and they will be here on Friday or Saturday. Had to pull the radiator to get the alternator bolt out plus it gave me more room to work.
I'll clean everything up tomorrow and get things ready to go back together.
I honestly couldn't see a spot where it was leaking but it also hasn't been together for very long. I'd used an old can of gasket tack when I installed the intake gaskets so I picked up a new can to use for this install.
While I'm waiting for the intake manifold bolts to arrive, I figured getting the exhaust welded up and the O2 bungs installed would be a good idea. First task was to drill holes in the stainless steel pipe for the bungs.
Took the holes to 5/8".
Then I used some bolts to keep the bungs lined up on the pipe so I could weld them on. I'm using stainless wire in my mig welder along with a tri-mix in the shielding gas.
Not the prettiest welds but I don't think they'll leak.
And this way I'm not fighting the exhaust to install or remove it if needed for repairs or to replace a part of it.
And I can rotate the bungs to the angle I want as needed.
Nice stuff. Who makes those exhaust flanges (that it looks like you welded onto the exhaust pipe(s)) and the clamps that hold the joined flanges together?
