Pull the front O2 out of the exhaust. If it runs better, cat is the problem. And that is EXACTLY what it sounds like.

would it also cause it to idle a little rough?

Gee.....Why do you keep ignoring the suggestions and keep coming back with questions?

Hell, it MIGHT! But we don't know because you won't actually do anything that has been suggested to try to troubleshoot YOUR problem.

I havent had a chance to get under it yet, ive tried everything else that has been mentioned.

Well, ill be pulling the 02 today, hopefully its the cat.
If its not i may just drive it off a cliff...

okay, so i pulled it out. It got a some power back (will dig a wheel now) but its still not all there. It still wont rev past 3k and still bogs down on WOT underload

You only have a one inch hole there for the exhaust to escape thru. The cat is clogged.
