Where is the anti drainback valve?

I assuming you are talking about the check valve in the trans cooler line? You will find it on the frame rail, passenger side, about 8"s or so from the lower radiator fitting for the trans cooler.
The valve is troublesome, in that it likes to clog up, and then you get zero flow thru the cooler, the trans overheats, and can quickly burn itself up, if you drive too far that way. Best bet is to eliminate the valve.

I've thought about the delete, some forums say yes some say no. My gut tells me yes, after all it's still a torque flight and I've driven my fair share of 727 and 727A behind a Chrystler B. I dig the convenience of not needing to charge the torque converter but whatever I never slam and go anyhow.

EDIT: Looks like dbbd1 beat me to it. Two votes in favor!

I need to get out and brap in the dirt today, but I've considered to external filter only to abandon the idea based on having a a RWD LT, then again Chrysler has a different definition of LT from others. I'm going to use my brap time time to delay my cooling system overhaul and order a bypass filter body. A remote filter body and general oil filter should work, right?
