you can see scratches but u really don't feel them.. guess its been replaced before maybe
and how hard is it to replace bushing if I replace it
and do you have to buy different size bushes when you sand it down.. like how pistons rings you gotta go with a bigger size? when u sand the cylinders

The seal is fairly forgiving on size, not sure about the bushing, but, don't think I have seen them in anything other than "stock".... Not like you are taking a lot of material off the T/C hub in any event. If it makes you really paranoid, replace the torque converter as well.
Likely have to pull the pump to change that bushing, but, given the looks of things, I don't think that would be a bad idea anyway. I do believe it is pressed in/out.

Sounds like you are trying to keep this repair on a budget. If so, you can likely get away with replacing the pump bushing, seal, gaskets and cleaning up the converter hub with emery cloth. Replacing the bushing will require pulling the front cover off the transmission case, as the pump is installed in it.
well I don't wanna spend money I don't have I saved it in pulling it out myself as mr transmission charges 550 to pull it out and I noticed in end I need to put a new muffler in and gas tank straps.. and the exhaust bolts I I had to chop out with cutting torch.. so going to replace with stainless so I never have that prob again lol.
and how do I get that bushing in and out...
I also finally got all the universals out the 4x4 one was seized good I had to use the cutting torch.. and my question also in this video I show is there a grease fitting or so as it has a grove in middle and if so whats it called
ill order a bushing kit one tomorrow
least the gas tank is plastic never seen that before but don't have to worry it rotting lol

so I missing that spacer then for the carden joint and do you throw grease it in... no grease nipples I seen in video so its basically sealed or only gets used when you put in 4x4 mode right?
so I got the pump out bushing comes out nice and easily figured you had to hammer it in or out...
and its basically scratched.. here some videos
and a quick look into the tranny

Yes, that bushing is shot. It looks like it spun in the bore. Be sure to align the oil hole up when installing the new one and polish up the converter hub with emery cloth.
As for the small pry bar, try Harbor Freight (https://www.harborfreight.com/) or possibly use a pilot bushing/bearing remover (https://www.harborfreight.com/3-jaw-...ller-4876.html)

ah ok so could the oil been leaking past that bushing ? and do you hammer the new ones in and how do you know which way is the oil hole do you have a pic how it is to go in..
so ill order a whole kit tomorrow then and the pump has ball bearings is there a way to test that or is it good to go.. just needs bushing and gaskets
as for the puller will that work for what I need it do.. pull that damn cup out since I got the ball out just not the outside. of it

here is video of my dropped oil pan I wanna know if it all looks good in there and the metal filings I guess isn't too much and what is that electrical connector in a tranny?
so I tried ordering the pump bushing repair kit... cant get it from Canadian tire or my local parts store.... unless I spend the over 700 for the tranny rebuild kit.. Napa can get it but they don't know when they can get it as no one has it... lol frig... so I emailed dodge see how much that's gonna cost... but frig over 700 just for the kit no wonder a tranny costs over 2000 to have it rebuilt
