Get the part number from the dealer, then do a google search on the part number. You can generally find real mopar sensors for significantly less than what the dealer wants for 'em.

Well i changed the MAP sensor. Disconnected battery while doing so for about ten minutes. The same codes came up once again. Any advise on what to "dig" into next?

Is the map signal still being weird? What does the PCM say about manifold pressure as you open the throttle?

5.08 V on connector side ignition in run position
1.5 V while at idle. The voltage went up to 2..0 V for about 2 seconds an then went down below the orginal 1.5V. So it seems the sensor was not the issue being that i get practically the same numbers with the new sensor not to mention still have the same codes come up...

Codes are for the heater circuit, The 138 may be because of the first two.
P0141 O2 Sensor 1/2 Heater Failure
P0135 O2 Sensor 1/1 Heater Failure
P0138 O2 Sensor 1/2 Circuit Voltage High

o2 sensor at the cat key on voltage
+26.7
-11.97
6.6 ohms (new sensor)

o2 sensor in rear key on voltage
+27.2
-11.66
5.0 ohms (old sensor)
.
How are you getting 27 volts from a 12 volt system? Negative test lead to ground, positive test lead to heater lead. You should have the engine running, Reason: If you leave the ignition on(key on) after a few seconds the PCM will shut off the ASD relay and you will loose power. If you have the test leads hooked up then turn the key on you get the reading. If you don't know what lead is what look in the service manual here. You can remove the 02 sensor plug you are only testing for power.

I thought it due to not having enough power, I am not "the greatest" with electrical meters, i had assumed the 27.2 wasnt even 1 volt. I read the procedure in the book i thought i could get the intial reading before the 2 seconds was up, after watching a video of my MAP sensor readings i realize 2 seconds goes by on the volt meter alot faster than i thought.
did anyone have a chance to review the video of live data on O2 sensors? I feel like when the truck started to run terrible the upstream o2 lost all voltage an the downstream didnt change voltage at all.

Unplug the front O2 sensor(s), drive the truck. Run any better?
