01 1500 Front End
Called it. But it's alright, just means you have to remember the year when ordering anything for the front. Now, I think you should forget the stabilizer mount, the tie rod, and the year and just order the T setup. Lots of people don't run a stabilizer or didn't notice when removed (me). Order AC Delco from rockauto for the best parts. Moog cheaped out.
edit: whoops. Who's thread is this again? Well, either way . . .

That sucks, at least you figured out what year they actually are.
I don't know why you're looking at DOR parts at all. You can get OEM T steering on rockauto or any parts store. Just ask for the 98-99 HD steering parts. But you should confirm with research your year has the correct size knuckle tapers. I think 94-99 works and I think 2000+ needs the 08 rods. I know my 99 was a perfect candidate but yours is your own responsibility.

but I don't know to much about different steering setups. But DOR naked a crossover steering and I thin you said earlier that is the best steering
Nope, not me. I've never bought anything from them or mentioned them. I do enjoy reading all the horror stories about their terrible service. You should probably avoid them. But I'm not talking about crossover steering, which is a specific off-roading design, just the T steering which is better than Y but not exactly crossover.

My T steering was perfect until the bad Redhead forced me to adjust it. Then it started rolling over. But I fixed it and it steers true and solid. The Y steering had a lot more bump steer. Only way to truly fix front ends is to start over with all new EVERYTHING.
