Cheap and good don't go together for a steering box lol. As HeyYou said Redhead or the other one are about the only good ones. It's very possible but if one is bad replace both on that side as you are already there.

I know lol but I can try xD but I’ll let you both all know how it goes tomorrow I’m going to jack it up and pull on the tire any thing else I should check since I’m there?

Grabbing at 3 and 9 will check the tie rods for play. Also spin the tire and see if you hear any noise (faster you can spin it the better) that will sometimes tell you if your universal joint is bad or if the first shield is rubbing the rotor

The wheel will move and then (this is the hard part) you will have to move it but look behind the wheel to see where it's moving. That will tell you what is bad. The 12 and 3 will also check the wheel bearing. You can find YouTube videos on the exact procedure if you are a visional learner

The box does look like its relatively recent. Lotta fluid around there though, what's leaking?

If it works one way, but, not the other, that's an internal valve problem on the steering box, and it needs to be replaced.
