Hey today when I was driving the truck I noticed the e brake just goes down the the floor with almost no effort but clicks any ideas what I should check maybe that’s what’s causing the brake light?

I’m not sure what I would look for to be honest I seen it has cables and everything (last trucks was zip tied from previous owner) I was going to re do rear brakes and see if that’s help And today while driving the truck I was able to move the steering wheel while stopped pretty easily but I noticed some power steering fluid coming out of my pump from over filling I assume so maybe that’s it

Overfilled is certainly possible.

E-brake is purely cable operated. If you can press the pedal with no resistance, likely one or more of the cables are seized, or broken, and the e-brake simply won't work. Broken cable should be fairly easy to find.... seized cable will likely require a second body to help you.... someone to step on the pedal, while you watch what the cables are doing.

Wonder if it just needs adjusted.... looks like everything is doing what it is supposed to. The cables stretch over time, so, you may run out of adjustment before it actually starts working properly.
