Verify the wires for the relay control circuit are good. PCM controls the relay by grounding that circuit. (engages the relay) If the ASD relay isn't working properly, you won't get fuel pump, or power to coil/injectors.

Meaning the wires that that the ASD relay plugs into inside the PDC correct

You want to test the wire the PCM uses to control the relay. So, pin 86 at the relay socket, to wherever it goes to the PCM.

Would a bad camshaft sensor keep injectors from getting voltage while cranking

Does the ASD relay pins 30 and 85 have 12 volts, ignition on?

If the fuel pump/coil are getting power while cranking, the injectors should as well. They are all powered from the same place.....

The wire is good going to the pcm from the 86..
Good as you checked continuity from the pcm connector to the relay? Did you check if the pcm is giving it a ground to turn the relay on?

I begin to think that is the problem. The PCM is NOT grounding that circuit....
