Thank You. You're correct it's very frustrating. I will be going to post office to get my electronics in the morning. I guess Wind,Rain and Sleet wont stop the mail but mud puddles do.lol. Need to also pick something up to catch the fluid and keep it clean. My plan to re-use this fluid. I have paint strainers if needed. Hopefully by the end of this weekend. I have some good news.

Mail truck swallowing mud puddles will do that.

LOL. I drove a KIA Sophia for 5yrs down this road when it was at it's worse so most of them either don't understand dirt roads or just lazy? Anyway, I went and got my electronics today so now it's draining. I got the Heavy Duty which I noticed is a lot heavier so hopefully after all this is done. I can allow this thread to go away in peace and you guys can have a break by my on going drama. lol. Will update once everything is replaced and adjusted.

OK, After waiting for everything to drain. I pulled the pan. I will post a couple of pictures. Some discoloration with what looks like fine glitter. My thinking this should be normal for break end period but not sure. No chunks Magnet looked good. My question is since I'm going to be replacing new electronics. Will this clogged up the screen on the new Borg Warner pressure sensor? After doing a rebuild, is it necessary that with breaking in new parts that another transmission or is this s sign that something to look for? I'm fixing to clean the pan and do the sensor changed . I did get about 4 more quarts of fluid to replace any loss. ( Over kill but better to have extra then not enough) I was planing on straining the fluid I removed before putting it back in. Here is the pictures.Phone camera is ok.

Second picture was taken with pan on side so the fluid is moving. Like I said. It's a fine glitter look but can't feel it if rubbed between fingers.

Theoretically, that shouldn't clog the screen. In reality? Who knows. The original solenoid was NOT self-cleaning.... I don't recall if the BW units are, or not.... That was one of the reasons for the GM conversion..... those actually are self cleaning.

I strained all the fluid as it went back into the transmission. I used a good paint strainer that seemed fine then the BW so I should be good. May give it a couple of months and do a fluid change for good measure. I couldn't feel anything when I rubbed between finger so after some thought. I was thinking unless it causes a clog, I should be good. I believe what I am seeing is whats would be normal after rebuild. Well on a good note she is shifting pretty good. Did about a 20 minute drive and went through gears good. I have a taller up shift now from start ( 1st to 2nd) that feels normal compared to that instant feeling shift before. I bought and replaced the old Borg with the new heavy duty type. Seems heavier and beefy.

I have seen a video where a guy from a transmission shop uses the GM version. He said it was better and more reliable. He does that in every rebuild on these transmission. I wasn't for sure on that since I never heard of it before until you mentioned it. Your the first person since seeing that video.
Again as I will always say Thank You guys for your advice and opinions with this rebuild. Trust me when I say I truly appreciate it as well it was great to have somebody to ask questions when I hit a snag. My hats off you you all.

The GM conversion was popular back before the BW heavy duty stuff was available. It's been years since I have seen anyone talk about it. Significantly more expensive than the BW stuff too..... Probably why it kinda fell out of popularity.

I don't think it's to dirty with the small particles, clean like your doing. Drove the truck and the whirring noise, it's due to the increased line pressure from the Zip Kit. Mine does it. I tried getting a sound clip of the shifting but my phone didn't pick it up. Mine will shift early, shift normally, and late. Normal take off from a stop light first to second is pretty quick. Second to third holds at times depending on speed. At 35 mine will take a bit longer to go into third and then into 4th and lockup. If it''s to the boards it shifts at close to red line. Down shifting/passing gear works pretty normal, squish the pedal and it goes in. Mine will downshift from fourth to second depending on speed and pedal position.

I got the 35's on and be glad you have a low stall converter. 3.55 gears eventually going to 4.56 and lockers. 4.10's if I can get the whole axles.
