Congrats and another example of why condemning the ECM should be THE last thing to consider <----- NOT a criticism and not mocking you. Just a teachable moment for others.
It's still yanking gobs of fuel from B1 it would seem. Drive it some and check back on that. That may relax as it "learns"
And yeah, I'm sure that code was a result of your fiddling. Clear it and I doubt it returns.
I did something similar the other day, starting a '99 with the a/c clutch unplugged and got the confusing P0545 which means something else in every other vehicle but on 2nd Gens it's usually for the a/c clutch circuit. ANYWAY, the point is that my meddling caused a code.

Yeah... unfortunately my novice ability to check sensor plugs led to my "PCM must be screwed" train of thought... Have always messed with older stuff and/or just replaced sensors when they seemed bad on newer stuff - never been this deep with a computer controlled vehicle. Haha!
I'm holding off driving it till I get a few more things squared away but might take it for a little test drive up the road and back tomorrow! 😁

I did clear the code and let it idle for about 10mins in total today and it didn't come back.
I will say - with my original PCM plugged in it still holds the P1391 "Intermittent loss of cmp or ckp signal" when I fire it up even after clearing it... but with the used PCM that code never shows up...?

I changed the oil and ran it today for about 5 mins just idling and as far as I'm aware the oil pressure held solid the whole time.
Probably still get another oil pressure sensor in addition to the TPS. I've got gauges I pulled off my old diesel truck I've been looking to plum/wire in. Debating if they should go on this or the old K1500 I just traded my F250 for. The interior of the K1500 is so clean it makes me lean more towards them going in this truck.
Wondering if the loss of pressure was coming from all the fuel in the oil? As it drained it almost seemed like there was a LARGE amount of fuel in there... the engine had some ticks and noises yesterday that went away today after the oil change and seemed to run even smoother - could be bias on that though. Haha!
This engine has a cool tone to it! Almost sort of has a hint of diesel sound to it... (not the clacking) I like it!
Anyone ever seen this? 😂
linkage brace snapped off the transmission... I'm assuming it broke when they were removing the transmission for the rebuild...
I found the bracket in the driver's door cubby... been looking for a reason to buy a TIG welder... but don't really wanna pull the transmission... 😂
also looks like the pan got rusted through and they tried to JB weld it.... thinking I'll be on the lookout for another pan.. sad to say the two V10 part outs I'd been watching have sold now.
Finally -
I'm still getting an intermittent start... sometimes when you turn the key it cranks and the RPM gauge does nothing... others it jumps and the fires off (no jamming the gas pedal to get it to start now though). Kind of odd...
What I've been doing is just turn the key and watch the RPM gauge and if it doesn't move I flip it off and try again. Usually the next key turn or after a couple tries it fires up. Any ideas on that one?
Not sure if you're talking about the transmission or the oil pan needing to be replaced. The transmission pans can be picked up off Amazon pretty cheap - just be sure to get one with a drain plug already made into it. If you're speaking of the oil pan, should be able to find a used one on eBay, Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist. You can also check car-part.com, too.

Actually, they are still available new, although, aftermarket manufacturers.
Does the fuel pump prime when the tach doesn't move??? Maybe try swapping the asd relay with the horn relay, see if that changes anything.
As far as I've noticed, the fuel pump primes every time I turn the key. I'll give that a try anyway - I've got new relays laying around as well.

Just bought a new pan and gasket this morning!
Also ordered the headlight switch bypass wiring harness - thought about making it but I'd need to buy a bunch of new wire and figured this way would be a little more "professional" Haha!
Still hunting for an OEM Mopar TPS...

I needed the engine oil pan. Transmission pan still looks pretty good - though that's interesting they've got the transmission pans on Amazon.. Haha!
Hmm I always thought the V10s have a weird whooshing/sucking sound. Never thought they sounded anything like a diesel.
ANYWAY, none of that helps you. At all.
Also, the V10s got an exhaust support at the t-case. Seemingly no one ever knows why there's an unused stud on the t-case....unless they're a V10 owner.
Swapped out the ASD relay with a brand new one. Still intermittent starting. Seems like 3-5 turns of the key before it'll actually fire - if It doesn't fire right away.
Got her running and did some light driving around the property for a bit. Ran great!... for a while. Found the return spring on the transmission had popped off. Got that fixed and drove it around again until it got up to operating temperature. Went back to losing all power and barely wanting to move. Seemed like the motor possibly got loaded up with fuel...? Would kind of pop and gurgle and would barely pick up RPMs with throttle.
Could turn it off and let it rest for a while and then fire it up - eventually - and then it'd drive fine again.
These are between short yard-driving sessions:
Took it down the road - seemed to want to shift to second way too late.... Like it would hold RPMs at about 2-2.3k for a while and then shift. Same thing to third. Only took the truck up to about 45 and cruised... ran great until I let off to do a u-turn and then could barely get it moving 15mph....
Shut it off and waited a minute or so and then fired it back up and ran great the whole way back to the house. Outside of the tranny shifting points feeling off... is there a way to adjust that? I'll have to look into that... any ideas in the sudden loss of power/drivability?
Was really fun to drive her around today though! 😁 I feel like I'll really like this truck once everything is corrected. The cab felt nice and I liked the seating and how the driving felt when it was running well.
