You can add ground wires to various bolts on the motor and run it back to the battery. I did this temporarily on mine until I could get the ground straps hooked up (PO broke them when installing a body lift). I used some of the bracket bolts around the alternator, ac compressor, and a valve cover bolt or two. Cranked faster afterwards.
Yeah it's trying to pull fuel. Why is it at 0 spark advance in some of those shots? The pcm is obviously recognizing there is too much fuel. Now have you checked the coil packs? They can cause all sorts of weird issues. I doubt its those plugs causing the issue, I ran them for 8000 miles flawlessly in my v10 with it stock. They aren't helping with them all full of carbon though. As mentioned the TPS reading ~25% at idle is concerning. Are you index the TPS correctly when installing it? It should require a little twist to line up the screws, not much twist though. My v10 reads 13% at idle, which is the same as all my v8s that use that same sensor.
I don't have a scanner to read data at the moment....... My laptop died, and the software I had with it wasn't very good to begin with.
I wondered about that too.. .but, an incomplete burn would have more oxygen in the exhaust stream, which would make me think the PCM would ADD fuel...... but, my logic, and the PCM logic, do not always agree. It's worth swappin' 'em out to test though.
Edit: Just out of idle curiosity, do your misfire counters work?
Misfire counters?

There is one going from the compressor bolt directly to the battery. I'll have to add some straps to the other side of the motor too.
The 0 spark advance is because it's shut off at the time of those pictures.
I haven't checked my coil packs. I'll have to look up how to check them and add that to the list! Haha!
I haven't done anything with the TPS other than unplug it for some tests. I was reading about TPS adjustment last night so that's something I'll be looking in to for sure.
Waiting for my wife's car to get serviced right now and then planning on picking up new plugs on my way home. We'll see what I'm voluntold 😂 by the time I get home but if I can't get to the truck tonight I'll definitely be working on/checking on things tomorrow after work!
Misfire counters. Yeah. According to theory, that's an OBDII thing. The computer can track which cylinders are misfiring. Though, I am REAL curious if that particular bit of code even works for the V-10.... On mine, I had a DEAD miss, plug wire was burnt in half. Never set a code...... No flashing check engine light, nothin'. However, finding a scanner that can actually READ that bit of data, is another thing altogether..... I would LOVE to experiment with it, but, don't have a scanner than can even read 'em. Snap On Modus will, but, I am unwilling to drop a couple K on a scanner... I don't do this for a livin'.

Oh! Haha! Yeah... I doubt my $30 (if I remember right?) scan tool has that function!
Well, just got home. Gotta do chores and get in for dinner...
Stopped by two parts stores in the bigger town I was in with the wife's car... one had 4 of the champion copper and then NGK iridium's and platinums... second had no copper and only iridium's...
So I drove 30mins out of the way to the small town parts store close to me that I normally go to and they had 2 champion copper, NGK iridium's, and 13 autolite coopers... so picked up 10 autolite coopers for now. Haha!

For just about any other vehicle, your $30 reader will see misfire counts. It's under Mode 6 or Onboard Monitoring. But for reasons recorded only in the Book of Secrets next to who killed JFK, they're virtually inaccessible on 2nd Gen Rams. Kinda like the ABS codes, but even harder to access.

You. are. killing. me.
Even a $15 reader will give you basics. I keep one in each of our four vehicles. Example:
Yeah doesn't do any good on the V10s as far as misfires go. Every person I've talked to as well as my self, the V10s refuse to throw misfire codes, even with spark plug wires not connected, melted, ect.

Well gentlemen - she's purrin like a kitten! Haha! Sort of...
Replaced the spark plugs and then checked the TPS. It was sitting at 1.4v... noticed it was also flipped the opposite way it show in the manual...
Took the bolts out, flipped it and clocked it to about .7v. Fired it up - smooth as can be! 😁
Bolts were absolutely no where NEAR going back in - looked with the endoscope and couldnt even see the holes... pulled the TPS and through trial and error ended up slotting/cutting A LOT out of the ears and using two different sized washers to get the bolts to be able to go in... also might have slightly cut into the sensor housing by accident.... 😅
Love data of it running after I had the TPS back bolted down...
(RPM is 650 in the picture but it usually stayed close to 750-800)
also this code came up... maybe something happened when I was adjusting/tightening it down...? Did it while the engine was running 😂
BUT SHES RUNNIN!!! 😁
Could definitely tell it wasn't running nearly as rich. Sounded smooth - a little clatter... need to change the oil - it smells like fuel. The oil pressure drops to 0 at idle but if it gets above 1k RPM the pressure comes back up to normal (gauge on the cluster reading).
Definitely going to get a new Mopar TPS ordered...
Need to grab a some oil and a filter (wonder if the parts store carries THOSE? 😂 ) Tomorrow after work. Do some maintenance and then get working on my idea to fix the shifting mechanism...
might even buy the headlight switch bypass wiring now that it runs! 😁 ... hopefully they'll actually turn on then... haha
