the fuel economy tune will give you a little more power and some mileage. i haven't tried that one yet. i currently have the tow tune in. the 87 tune and the performance tune both bumped my mileage up a little.
cank, what kind of CAI did you install? that will be my next upgrade. i was looking at the K&N.

I put the K&N Intake in. It works great ! If you have an exhaust its going to get LOUD ! I love it ! A little more mid range power ( which the 4.7 really needs ) All in all its more snappy now then it was before. I can't wait to get the flashpack ! I think I will order this next weekend. But for the price of the K&N ( I got it on ebay for $250 ) You can't beat it

may not be any significant updates, but it seems like everytime I plug my cortex into the comp (which is like every couple weeks) I get a new database update lol.

Well I got my cortex in last night and loaded it up on the truck. No problems there and all seems to be working well. I really like th improved shift points, but I haven't driven it enough to really put it through it's paces. I currently have the 87 tune loaded (don't have a lot of 91-93 octane gas around) and it seems to have some gains, but i'm hoping once it "learns" my driving it should get better. Are there any tips trick or suggestions to get the most out of it? I currently have magnaflow cat back exhaust and a K&N Drop in.
thanks

I'd guess a lot of the updates are for new calibrations for '09s which was released recently.
