Don't be skrrd skram.... That happens when the computer notices any significant change in the vehicles operation. You should be golden now....
I am surprised that it is a Southern Comfort Custom....I have yet to be impressed by their work (their styling does not usually fit my taste) but your truck looks good as hell!

thanx for confidence boost man! they left the pipes they originally installed on the truck when they did the 1st install...dual in dual out...I originall had single in dual out..now there is a FM super 40 dual in dual out on it...I guess we shall see...took 5 days the 1st time for the alarm to show...then 12 hours for the next after they replaced the 1st install...I hope rebooting the computer did the trick!
Thanx...I didnt like the other SCC trucks they had on the lot...all of them had this Nike swoosh looking thing on the side of them and had weird color combos, but this truckwas different and I fell in love with it 1st look and 1st test drive

40 series flowmasters are notorious for drone because they are baffled. It's very well known around the modular mustang community (which actually has the 4.6, you have a 4.7
) to the point where very few use them anymore. Even my 2-chamber flowmasters on my mustang drone, when I put the new engine in, they will be getting replaced by magnaflows.

Ok, I read all the post and thought I had made a good decision. I have a 2005 Ram 1500 Quad cab with the 4.6 engine. I put the Flowmaster 40 1 in 2 out duals on. I left the resonator on in front of the Flowmaster. It sounds great except in the cab at around 1800 to 1900 rpm's Then its very loud in the cab (drone?)... Anyone else have this issue with this setup?

FYI, if you have decibel limits where you live, DO NOT get the 10 series.
