Is there any other low budget mods i could do to gain hp and tq i already have a fastman 69.5mm throttle body, single 2.5in to a dual 3inch flowmaster super 10 catback exhaust, a k&n cai, air ram power wire and a sct tuner with hemi fever canned tunes
and also does anybody know where i can find a high output camshaft or have them for sale

Isn't the 4.7 overhead cam? If so, you'll need both cams, and a custom tune as well.

4.56 gears are pretty deep. With stock size tires, towing on the freeway will have the engine screaming.

Yep, 4.7 is SOHC. You will have fun finding cams for this engine, unless you have customs ground for you.

Personally, I think swapping to the 5.7 would be simpler, and probably cheaper.....

yes i would need 2 thats why im looking to gain power before i waste money on 4.56 gears which would make the engine scream on the highway, but i cant find any high output camshafts for the 4.7 magnum how much would it be to put a hemi in

Not sure how well a regrind would work on an OHC engine.......

You are looking at a couple grand anyway..... probably 3-600 bucks for the cams, another 500 or so for custom tuning..... and peripheral expenses related to the change....

Those should be readily available on the market..... Would the PCM need to be flashed for the GC tune?
