Hey You,
No, not possible as the pigtails aren't long enough to make that happen...ordered 2 new Denso COP's. These are originals that are in... At first it was very slight almost couldn't hear it, after driving it, it drop both of them and became extremely poor. I get them tomorrow so I will update then.

Ok, I am writing this after spending 5 hours diagnosing after receiving the new coil packs. Yes, the new coil packs didn't correct the problem . I tested both plugs and they both had voltage. I then assumed that since the plugs were dry that the new fuel injectors were possibly faulty at least 2 of them. After replacing them with two of the originals I still had the issue of what seemed like 4 and 6 not firing. At this point I began to get extremely frustrated. I had my son turn the engine over and something didn't sound right, it almost sounded like there was a vale issue so I removed the valve cover only to find that the intake rocker had been thrown and was laying on its side #4. I bumped the motor until I could remove the rocker and then bumped it till the lob was up on the cam and then reseated the rocker. I turned the motor over for several revolutions and made sure that the rocker was good. I believe what happened was during reassembly I removed several rockers on that side in order to rotate cam during timing chain installation and must have not gotten the rocker on incorrectly. So I reinstalled the valve cover buttoned everything up and started her. Purred like a kitten. Well, I noticed oil dripping on the exhaust manifold. So I figured I must have caught the gasket on the cam tower and pulled it from the cover. So I began to remove the cover again for a 3rd or 4th time. Well, at this point I am pissed and the valve cover wouldn't freely come off and me being me I forced it and heard something crackling well I broke the inside of the gasket rail. Well at this point I am cursing like the devil and my wife's like what's wrong. Anyway I purchased a new dodge vale cover for $181. bucks and waiting for that to come in. At this point of writing this I am 3 beers in ....will return on Tuesday once I receive the new valve cover
Well at least you've found the issue and the engine runs good now. Junk yard would be a good place to pick up a valve cover, especially if its a pick-n-pull. They go for $12 around me, and they tend to be open every day. Likely closed this Sunday due to easter.
Ok guys, she is complete and went on a test run. Tan good but it seems to hesitate when applying the gas. I installed new fuel injectors that have 12 holes instead of 4. So, I am going to drive her for a while and see if it clears up. Here is a video of here running.

Ok, I am having one issue left. It seems that #4 does not want to fire or ignite. I've swapped coils and it stayed with #4. So obviously it's not getting electrical and I tested wrong or the new plug is bad, which I doubt or the fuel injector is bad. I removed the valve cover one last time just to make sure that the rocker didn't get thrown which it didn't. So I know I am good there. If someone has a simple test on how to test the injector plug or the coil plug it would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks for sticking with me on this guys. Oh, one more thing. After a short 8 mile drive and coming to a stop and idle, the oil gage dropped to 0 and the check gauges light came on, I then started to accelerate and it went right back to normal. Is that indicative of a spun bearing?
Noid light. Plugs in to the connector, and flashes when the PCM tells it to. At least, that's the way it is supposed to work.
Your local parts store should have a set they will 'rent' you.

Ok, leased the NOID test kit and everything checked out correctly for the fuel injector. I still feel like #4 is not firing because when I pull the coil plug I get no change. It's not throwing a code for a mis fire but every now and then I get secondary D circuit something or other......I think I am going to take it to a shop and have them throw a scanner on it, I don't have anything ike that that will show the cylinders firing.
